Exhibit Booth
The Exhibit Booth registration fee is in addition to either Conference Registration fee or Conference Sponsorship amount. Standard booth size is 10’D x 10’W and are equipped with back and side drapes, one shirted 2’ x 6’ table, one chair and a wastebasket. Additional furnishings, electrical needs, audio-visual requirements and shipping needs may be ordered on the forms provided in the Exhibitor’s Kit that will be mailed to all paid, confirmed exhibitors prior to the event. Labor, electricity, and additional furniture will be an added expense.
Booth Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made if spaces are not used, nor will any refund be made for space used only part of the time.
